Demar Derozan is an American professional basketball player for the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association (NBA) who plays shooting guard and is 6’7″ tall. He played college basketball for USC and was selected ninth overall by the Raptors in the 2009 NBA draft. In 2016, he was named an NBA All-Star for the second time in three years. Demar Derozan had a very successful high school career in Compton High School (Compton, CA), named one of the top college recruits in the country. He averaged over 20.0 points in all four season he played high school basketball at Compton and led the team to the Moore League Championship, the high school sports league in Southern California. Demar Derozan attended Compton High School and was ranked as one of the top college recruits in the nation from the class of 2008. He was ranked #3 in the nation by Rivals.com and #6 by Scout.com. He played on the varsity basketball team for all four years of high school. As a freshman, he averaged 26.1 points and 8.4 rebounds. During his sophomore year, he averaged 22.6 points and 8.4 rebounds, while as a junior he averaged 22.3 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 3.2 steals. In 2016 DeMar DeRozan and his teammate Kyle Lowery of the Toronto Raptors took their team to the NBA Conference Finals where they played Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. The two due also played in the 2016 Rio Olympics on Team USA.

Darryl Lynn “D. L.” Hughley was born March 6, 1963. He is an American actor, political commentator, radio host and stand-up comedian. D. L. Hughley was born in Los Angeles, California, the son of Audrey and Charles Hughley, who was a Delta Air Lines maintenance worker. During his troubled teenage years, D.L. Hughley was a member of the Bloods and was expelled from high school, before turning his back on gang life, getting his GED and obtaining employment with The Los Angeles Times. Comedian Hughley is best known as the original host of BET’s ComicView from 1992-1993, the eponymous character on the ABC/UPN sitcom The Hughleys and performed in The Original Kings of Comedy. Additionally, he has been the host of CNN’s D. L. Hughley Breaks the News, a correspondent for The Jay Leno Show on NBC, and a local radio personality and interviewer in New York City. In early 2013, D.L. Hughley landed in 9th place on Dancing with the Stars. D. L. Hughley also became famous for his role in the movie The Brothers (2001) as Derrick West the husband of Tamala Jones played as Sheila West along with actors Morris Chestnut, Bill Bellamy and Shemar Moore.
